The international code for Morocco is +212. Outgoing international code is 00.
Telephone numbers have recently changed and now have 8 digits after the 212
(the first two digits being the regional code).

Tèlèboutiques
Privately run tèlèboutiques can be found throughout the country. There is an
attendant on hand to provide advice, change and phone cards.
Mobile telephones
Morocco has two GSM networks, with good coverage in most of the country. The
code for mobile phones is 06.
Fax
Fax facilities are available in most major hotels and tèlèboutiques.
Media
Daily newspapers are published in French and Arabic. The main Arabic papers are
Al Alam and Al Maghrib. French language
papers include L’Opinion, Le Matin du Sahara and Al Bayane. The main English
language paper is Morocco Today.
Internet
Internet cafes are starting to spring up in the major cities and Internet access
